- When using digital devices, practice the 20/20/20 strategy.
- Keep your eyes moist using eye drops and room humidifiers.
- Use eyeglasses with the right prescription.
- Turn on the “night shift” setting of your screen.
- Use blue-blocking glasses when working in front of a screen for long periods of time.
